After you open a mailbox with Workspace Junction, we’ll manage your packages, mail, and any deliveries. A private mailbox is a physical mailbox located inside Workspace Junction, where you can send and receive mail and packages.

Private mailbox rentals are perfect for home-based businesses or travelers on the go. You’re busy with your own life — let us manage your mail, packages, and deliveries. Prices start at just $28.00 a month.

  • SwiftLink Worldwide accepts deliveries from all carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. You don’t have to worry about missing your deliveries, we’ll get them for you.
  • If a package does not fit in your mailbox, we’ll keep it secure until you’re ready to pick it up.
  • You’ll also have access to additional SwiftLink services such as scanning, printing, faxing, shipping, travel services, and more.

Hours:

  • 7 AM to 7 PM daily. Oversized package pick-up and all other business services are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM in our main office across the hall.

Cost:$25 per month

  • Minimum mailbox rental is (3) months at a time.
  • Prepayment of (6) months gets the seventh month free.
  • Prepayment of (10) months gets the eleventh and twelfth month free.

*The above specials, and any periodic specials, are only available to new mailbox rentals or renewals that are current payment. Only one special can be used at a time.

What is the difference between a mailbox at The Workspace Junction and a PO Box at the post office?

With a mailbox at The Workspace Junction, you get a real street address, not a P.O. Box number. If you’re a business owner, having a real street address as your mailbox

can provide you with a professional image for your business. The Workspace Junction also offers many additional services that the post office does not,
services like package acceptance from all carriers, package notification and Call-in Mail Check, all aimed to save you valuable time.

Your mailing address will be the address of The Workspace Junction, with either PMB (private mailbox) or the pound symbol (#) designating your individual box.
Instead of “Workspace Junction,” your name appears first.

The mailbox service agreement is an agreement between The Workspace Junction and the primary box holder for the duration you receive mail at that location.
